Day 26 (10-2): at work all day…again.  curse you, busy season.  I haven’t been eating as well since busy season started :(  More sleep and any exercise would be a major improvement.

Eats

B’fastfage yogurt w blueberry and pumpkin seeds

Lunch:  inside of tuna/ caper/ herb sandwich from saltie.  ate part of the focaccia bread and a thin mint type cookie - got stomach ache and headache after.  duh.

Snacks:  few cubes pineapple, few berries, inside of 1/2 tuna salad sandwich

Dinner:  small bowl of butternut squash soup w pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top, organic frozen waffle with almond butter.  eek.
