Day 21 (9-27): Busy season continues.  Didn’t eat enough during day and by dinnertime was willing to eat anything nearby…..

Eats

B’fast2% greek yogurt w honey and raw pumpkin seeds (8:30am)

Lunch:  at resty for work - few medallions of tuna steak, heirloom tomatoes in oil (1pm)

Snacks:  few cubes of pineapple, packet of nuts / raisins from vending machine near office

Dinner:  organic chicken sausage link w tbsp of hummus, butternut squash soup sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and hot sauce, small potato with salsa, cube of goat cheese w lactaid pill, scoop of chocolate sorbet (10pm)
