Day 20 (9-26): Finally felt better this a.m. and had first workout since forever ago..Inspired by scary dream about catapulting heavy things at Crossfit; pretty sure this dream was influenced by real clip of watermelon hitting girl in face.  Y’all saw that, right?!?

ps from last night: handful popcorn, flax seed toast with hummus (was so hungry and nothing seemed good!)

B’fast: 4 fresh figs, 2 slices deli ham

Workout: 5x: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups (barely, from knees), 15 squats. 3x: 800m run on treadmill, 25 R-arm sit-ups w weight, 25 L-arm same.

Lunch:  homemade butternut squash soup sprinkled w raw pumpkin seeds

Snacks:  few cubes of pineapple, 2 slices hard sausage, few carrots w hummus, 1/3 lara bar

Dinner:  1/2 organic chicken sausage link stir fried w leftover ratatouille and cous cous from last night, 1 slice deli ham, 1 cube goat cheese, 1 spoon dark chocolate sorbet w pumpkin seeds
