Day 19 (9-25): Hi ho hi ho… resting up for day 7 in a row of work tomorrow.  May finally have to call the Dr. as sinus issue / cold not clearing up.  In sympathy for myself, I may have had a handful of cape cod “reduced fat” potato chips before bed last night…. dipped in hummus.

Eats

B’fast: 2% Fage greek yogur w honey and raw pumpkin seeds

Lunch:  organic chicken apple sausage link, 1/2 avocado, salsa

Snacks:  4 fresh figs, almond butter, 1/4 flour tortilla (oops)

Dinner:  2 seared scallops, ratatouille of fresh tomato, asparagus, shallot, onion and garlic, cous cous, extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 lara bar
